Happy Halloween everyone! This is a 2007 Halloween Treat wall for Gids @ Instant Noodles ^^

When I started plotting this wall I immediately thought “D.Gray-man” for its stylish + Halloween-fitting art… I picked it up relatively recently and am really enjoying the fast-paced action and pretty characters XD Also it’s been a while since I read any shonen so that’s fun in itself. “Allen Walker” strikes me as a really cool kickass name so I couldn’t resist using it for the title. Although I will admit Lavi’s probably my favorite character so far… ;3

After I finished the outlines I realized my original background idea failed, so I spent some panicked moments digging through D.Gray-man scans… luckily I came across this scan with its catchy background design, so I ran with that and extended the web out in Illustrator. To wrap up, Allen painted in PS CS2 with default round brush + mouse. Textures from Stock.XCHNG.

Spooky’s not really my thing, but I do like how this turned out… something different from my usual. Enjoy, and happy Halloween hauntings xD
