I remember finding the GiTS image somewhere, probably 4chan and wanting to do something with it. I ended up just loading textures on to it and making it nice and dark. Most likely….it was a sloppy effort to more easily get another scan of a character to blend in seamlessly.
Im really not sure why, but the character I ended up using was a fanart of Rei I stumbled upon somewhere. The version seen here too is the original one I made, and not the one I ended up posting around MT, AP, etc. back in 05. I included the other version as well too but am including it as a secondary link because I now find the original much better.
The other version really seems to be too messy at this point with the random text and inclusion of another now-unknown character. (random note: old sig can be seen still on this as well for pixella)
