…finding beauty in the dissonance

I made this one back in February 2005, and it remains one. if not THE best walls I have made in my opinion. I find this wall is pretty much like the pinnacle of peak of my grunge walls. In terms of the prcoess of making it, I simply found an image off of 4chan which I liked. I thought the character would look good in a post-apocalyptical setting so I proceeded to construct a wasted city from stock photos and textures. The idea was to somehow create the look of a city blown away by a nuclear explosion by adding such elements as cars, overturned and worn out. The lyrics are from Tool, and I forget if it really had any connection to the wall or the time I made it.
