Summary (from MyAnimeList): Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of weapon meisters and human weapons. Trying to make the weapons into a “Death Scythe,” which is the highest title for a weapon and thus fit for use by the Shinigami, the meisters must collect the souls of ninety-nine evil humans and one witch.
