Fly Away Teddy

This teddy was actually a doodle that I thought could turn into a potential entry for the final round of MTK, but I couldn’t get the background to come together before the deadline and ended up with some Hokusai goodness instead. Teddy turned out too well for me to scrap him completely though, so luckily I had a new brainwave for the background and can now post him up with something that looks semi-decent. And actually, this wall makes me feel pretty nostalgic whenever I look at it

Everything was vectored from scratch, although I eyeballed this stock photo by doko-stock for reference; origami pattern in teddy’s scarf is from IllusionOfPerfection’s origami texture pack, clouds in the window are from Mayang, and the swirl brush is from ro-stock’s awesome brush pack… which I also used in my Aria wall
