We, the organizers and the judges, pledge to be honest in our evaluation of the art submitted. We will not let personal relationships, be them likes or dislikes, change our appraisal of the works submitted. We will not let external opinions, say on Minitokyo, sway us. We will not evaluate those pieces submitted by members we are in extremely good or bad terms with. Judges are responsible for letting the organizers know when they feel they cannot judge a submitted work because of said reasons. At any rate, every submitted piece of art will be evaluated by at least 5 judges.
